Marcel Adenäuer has been senior researcher at the Institute for Food and Resource Economics, University Bonn. His research focused on the impacts of agricultural, environmental and trade policies on the agricultural sector, the environment and rural areas.
He has been part of the develloper team of the CAPRI modelling system, which he also used for his PhD-thesis focussing on the future of the CMO Sugar.
Today, Dr. Adenäuer works for the OECD in the Trade and Agriculture Directorate, Agro-Food, Trade and Markets Division in the context of the OECD-FAO Agricultural Outlook, using and maintaining the AGLINK-COSIMO modelling system.
